Teresa routinely handles project finance transactions in the renewable energy and infrastructure sector assisting leading Italian and foreign sponsors and financing institutions in all phases of the transaction: from due diligence activities, drafting of corporate documentation and project contracts, negotiation and structuring of financial documents to assisting in the coordination of post-closing activities inherent to the project and the eventual syndication of the same.
Teresa previously collaborated with leading international and Italian law firms in energy and project finance, participating in and structuring some of the largest sector transactions in the Italian market.
In 2025 she was listed as a recommended lawyer in the Project Finance area by Legal Community.
She has been a member of the Rome Bar Association since 2019 by which she was awarded “toga d'onore” as the youngest registered lawyer for the year 2019.
