Personal data are processed by FIVERS for contractual purposes, or to meet requests from users of the Site or on the basis of legitimate interest, pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) and (f) of the GDPR.

Navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this site acquire, in the course of their normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers and terminals used by users, the URI/URL (Uniform Resource Identifier/Locator) notation addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user's operating system and computer environment.

Browsing data are not retained for more than seven days (except in the case of criminal investigations by judicial authorities).

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of messages to the contact addresses published on the Site, the private messages sent by users to FIVERS' social media profiles/pages (where this possibility is provided for), as well as the filling in and forwarding of forms that may be present on the Site, entail the acquisition of the sender's contact data, necessary for replying, as well as all the personal data included in the communications.

Information on the processing of personal data through social media platforms
With regard to the processing of personal data carried out by the managers of the social media platforms used by FIVERS - such as, for example, Linkedin - please refer to the information provided by these through their respective privacy policies. FIVERS processes personal data provided by users through the pages of the social media platforms dedicated to the Firm exclusively for the purpose of managing interactions with users (comments, public posts, etc.) and in compliance with the regulations in force.

The recipients of the data collected as a result of the consultation of some of the services listed above are the following entities designated by FIVERS, pursuant to Article 28 of the GDPR as data processors, who may designate sub-processors for the purposes specified herein in compliance with the provisions of Article 28 of the GDPR:

RIGHT TO LODGE A COMPLAINT
Data subjects who consider that the processing of personal data relating to them carried out through this Site is in breach of the provisions of the GDPR have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority, as provided for in Article 77 of the GDPR, or to take legal action (Article 79 of the GDPR).
