Co-Managing Partner of the Rome office, joined Fivers in 2025 after a long-standing career at the law firm BonelliErede (1997 - 2025), where she had been a Partner for 15 years and held several leadership roles, including Managing Partner of the Rome office and member of the Board of Directors. In 2005, she completed a secondment at the London office of the law firm Slaughter and May.
Her main area of expertise is corporate law, with particular reference to advice on extraordinary transactions (M&A), having been involved in major mergers, acquisitions, and corporate reorganizations, as well as soliciting investments for sales or subscriptions, both primary and secondary, involving equity and debt instruments, as well as public takeover bids and exchange offers.
She has also gained significant experience in the reorganization of family assets in the context of generational transfers and asset protection, as well as being active in the ESG field, with a particular focus on corporate governance policies and stakeholder relations.
