He took part in several project finance transactions in the renewable energy (including, inter alia, photovoltaic, biomethane, biogas technologies) and infrastructure sectors, providing assistance in the multiple stages of said transactions, including legal due diligence activities, drafting and negotiation of finance documents and project contracts, preparation of documents and assistance in pre- and post-closing activities.
