He joined Fivers in 2025, after working at BonelliErede (2021–2025).
 
In 2023, he spent eight months on secondment at Open Fiber.
 
His practice focuses on corporate law, with particular emphasis on extraordinary transactions (M&A), capital markets and commercial contracts. He regularly advises listed and unlisted companies on both ordinary and extraordinary corporate matters, including business and going concern transfers, governance, compliance and the drafting of corporate documentation.
 
He has also built a solid track record in sustainability (ESG), both in Italy and at the EU level.
