Francesca works as attorney at law in the areas of Civil, Corporate and Insolvency Law, primarily on contentious issues (Court cases).
In 2019, she obtained her PhD in Business Law at the Bocconi University of Milan, with a dissertation on Distribuitions to Shareholders in the vicinity of Insolvency.
