Joined Fivers in 2025 after previous experience in another leading Italian law firm (2023 – 2025).
 
He is primarily focused on corporate law, with particular reference to advisory activities related to extraordinary corporate transactions (M&A), business contracts, transfer of business units and drafting of the relevant corporate documents.
