Managing Associate of Fivers, she began practising in 1995 in a leading Italian tax and law firm.
She deals with advisory in tax, corporate and financials statements matters, from both domestic and international sides, mainly for clients in the industrial and commercial sector.
She has also gained significant experience in extraordinary transactions, such as acquisitions, mergers, transfers, reorganizations, asset deal and share deals.
The main areas of activity concern in particular the tax area, for advisory and assistance regarding direct and indirect taxation; definition of transfer prices policies within corporate groups, as well as domestic and international tax litigation (MAP and Arbitration), and the accounting and financial area, for advice and assistance in the field of Financial Statements formation in accordance with national and international accounting standards, and with regard to internal control systems and procedures.
She serves as statutory auditor.
