Da Sol Choi works in the banking and finance sector, where she deals with all the aspects of the debt transactions and mainly in relation to general lending, corporate financing, leverage and acquisition financing, assisting both lenders and borrowers with regards to the structuring, negotiation and drafting of the finance documents, in addition to providing assistance in the coordination of the post-closing activities related to the project.
Da Sol previously worked at major international law firms both in the energy and project finance sector and in the debt finance and capital markets sector, participating to some of the main transactions of those sectors in the Italian market.
Da Sol has also spent six months as secondee in the legal department of UniCredit S.p.A. In 2013 she gained an LLM (Master of Laws) in EU Competition Law at The Dickson Poon School of Law of King’s College London, while in 2020 she gained an LLM (Master of Laws) in Law of Internet Technology at the Università Commerciale L. Bocconi of Milan.
