She is a commercial and corporate law specialist assisting domestic and international clients in private equity deals and M&A transactions. She has a wealth of experience in acquisitions, take-privates, co-investments, disposals, joint ventures, mergers (including leveraged buy-out mergers), with recent increasing focus on the financial and insurance industries. Over the years she has advised multinational corporates in complex cross-border reorganizations in a variety of business sectors, both regulated and non-regulated, developing an expertise in the corporate law aspects of group reorganizations in the financial and insurance spaces. She also advises on commercial and corporate law matters and is experienced in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts of various types.
Before joining Fivers in 2025, she worked at a leading international law firm and a leading Italian law firm. In 2013 she gained a Master of Laws LLM in International Business Law from The Dickson Poon School of Law of King’s College, London.
