Alfredo Craca is Founding Partner and Managing Partner of Fivers Studio Legale e Tributario.
His practice focuses primarily on corporate, commercial and banking litigation, as well as domestic and international arbitration. He regularly advises and represents corporations, industrial groups, financial institutions, directors, statutory auditors, executives and shareholders in high-stakes disputes involving complex legal, commercial and reputational issues, including liability claims, shareholder disputes, post-M&A litigation and matters arising from distressed situations.
He has substantial experience in arbitration proceedings, acting both as counsel and as arbitrator in domestic and international cases.
Alongside his disputes practice, he has developed a well-established corporate and transactional practice. He advises entrepreneurs, industrial groups, investors and financial sponsors on share and asset acquisitions, real estate portfolio transactions, investment agreements, joint ventures and corporate reorganisations.
He also provides ongoing advice on corporate law and governance matters, including for listed companies, and regularly assists entrepreneurial families and corporate groups in the structuring and implementation of sophisticated succession planning and generational transition projects involving ownership and governance arrangements.
Prior to founding Fivers, Alfredo began his professional career with Lombardi Molinari. He subsequently became a junior partner at Pedersoli Lombardi e Associati and later a partner at Lombardi Molinari e Associati. In 2006, he founded Craca Pisapia Tatozzi, a boutique law firm specialising in litigation and arbitration, where he acted as name partner until joining the professional project that ultimately evolved into Fivers.
He currently serves on the Board of Directors of AC Milan S.p.A. and of the Astaldi Unsecured Creditors Foundation. He also serves as director and statutory auditor of financial institutions and companies belonging to major industrial groups.
