Europe GRI 2026 Winter Edition

We're delighted to announce that our Managing Partner Francesco Mantegazza will attend the next Europe GRI Winter Edition, the flagship event of the Association, dedicated to senior real estate investors, fund managers, asset owners, lenders and developers, active in the UK, as well as to those with diversified pan-European portfolios across countries and sectors.

Francesco will moderate the panel discussion on the Italian Market, which will offer an in-depth analysis of the topic: "Italy’s Real Estate Market - From Crossroads to Comeback?" 

Under his moderation, Christopher Merlitz, Domenico Giusto, Federico Valentini, Paolo Magnaschi and Valentina Falcone will offer an overview on the RE sector in Italy, considering market fundamentals, regional disparities and capital flows, and will also outline future trends.
